2. Services Provided – Scorpius Solution offers digital workforce and payroll management capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Guard assignment and shift scheduling
  • Patrol and checkpoint monitoring
  • Attendance tracking
  • Salary generation, statutory deduction tracking, and payslip issuance

3. User Responsibilities – As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4. Account Suspension or Termination – We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • The system is misused or abused
  • Required by regulatory or legal authorities

5. Payroll and Financial Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for reviewing all payroll configurations and inputs
  • We are not liable for incorrect salary payments due to inaccurate employee records or manual overrides
  • Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) remain the responsibility of the employer or organization

6. Data Uses

Your data is collected, used, and stored as described in our [Privacy Policy]. By using the platform, you consent to our data handling practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All system components, including but not limited to software, source code, UI/UX design, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Scorpius Solution. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Legal Basis for Processing – We are not liable for:

  • Payroll disputes resulting from data entry errors
  • Service downtime beyond our control (e.g., network failures)
  • Misuse or unauthorized access due to weak passwords or negligence

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Periodic maintenance or unforeseen events may result in temporary service disruptions.

10. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
